NOFF Annual General Meeting Saturday 27 September

The 2025 NOFF Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 am Saturday 27 September, at the Port Cygnet Sailing Club, 145 Lymington Road, Cygnet TAS 7112.

Please note

• Because business at an AGM is restricted to matters circulated prior to the meeting, the AGM will be immediately followed by an ordinary and much more informal general meeting, at which you can raise matters without notice, and we can discuss our activities and plans, and find out what ideas you have.

• Importantly, retiring president, now Independent Member for Franklin, Peter George, will be coming along as guest speaker at the general meeting after the AGM.

• Only financial members of NOFF may participate and vote at AGMs, but all supporters are very welcome to attend, and participate in the general meeting following the AGM.

The business of the AGM, as prescribed by our constitution, is:

• to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting

• to receive from the committee reports on its transactions during the preceding financial year (president, treasurer)

• to elect the officers of NOFF and the ordinary committee members

• if required, to appoint the auditor and determine his or her remuneration (not required)
